Lina did a great job offering full service solutions for our kitchen and dining room remodeling. At the 2nd meeting she had prepared detailed, professionally produced schematics and diagrams showing how the rooms would look. She also provided excellent brochures for fixtures, flooring, and lighting. My wife and I were thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Lina for any interior home projects requiring the services of a design architect.

Lina was wonderful to work with! Her designs were amazing with great detail. She redesigned our dining room and her vision, coupled with what we told her we wanted, came together beautifully from the mosaic stone wall to the furniture pieces and moldings she chose. Lina always returned phone calls and/or emails immediately. She made at least 3-4 visits to our home during the process even though we chose to do the work ourselves. The only advice would be to tell Lina in advance what you envision your budget to be for the entire process. Some of the custom furniture and custom fabric for curtains, etc. can get expensive...shop around if you can. We were able to save $1500 by ordering the mosaic stone through Amazon. Overall I would highly recommend Lina to friends.

I called Lina because I was desperate to improve the look and function of our new house. Lina was able to transform the house into a much more elegant and functional space in a short period of time. I was impressed with Lina's professionalism and her focus on our project. It was very helpful to have Lina dealing with a large part of the construction and work crew - it took away much of the stress. I have two children and it will take some time to see whether the design will withstand their abuse. It is difficult to balance beauty and practicality when their is a family to consider. I was happy that Lina would listen to those concerns and negotiate change when needed. I am very happy with the way the project turned out. I would have never been able to be as creative and incorporate the beautiful detail the way Lina did. I would definitely recommend Lina for the job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Average design charge per room is $ 1450. That includes designing the room, drawing the design ideas per scale, selecting the furnishings for the room like accessories, lighting, flooring, tops, hardware, furnitures , rugs......
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to clients need first. I measure the room required, take pictures of it, draw the floor plan of it per scale and 3 dimantional drawings to show the design ideas, select all furnishings needed for the room, do a design presentation at client s home. Upon that I work on estimating the execution of the job and start executing after that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You know? traveling is a key to stay updated! you will get in touch with the outside world, you experience not only new forms and styles in different country but a whole culture. You will have the opprotunity by touching, seeing, smelling and hearing....I travel at least once per year to stay updated.
