Introduction

Due to my training and experience, investigations are 2nd nature to me and I do not find any investigation very difficult, some just take a little longer to get the results that I am looking for. In most cases, the client has no idea what elements they will need to make their case. My experience in the court system allows me to prepare each individual case as if it were going to trial. In this way, if the client wishes to seek court action in the future, I will have it all prepared. After 40 years, I still get excited about solving a case, especially one that the police were unable to solve or they allowed it to get "cold." All of the exceptional investigators that I have worked with over the years have that desire to solve the case.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is average for the Boston area. The price may be a little lower or quite a bit higher from other PI's. What makes the difference is not the price but who can get the job done in a complete and professional manner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is usually all that I need to determine if I can assist the potential client. If I cannot, I will inform them of that straight out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, keeping up with data base research to assist in back ground investigations is very important in our business. Data base information is a good starting point in obtaining a person's identity, residence, assets, relatives, etc. I attend any informational data base and back ground seminars in the area.
