Fixed garbage disposal quickly and came out the next day to do so. For art hanging, left screws/hooks on the wall that should have been removed as part of the job. Offered to come back and remove these this though.

Michael was lovely. We had him install rather large paintings and some included security hardware that required a "specialized" skillset. They looked perfect. The real question is "Would we work with him again?" Yes, absolutely.
