The company responded to my request right away (less then 5 mins after posting!), was flexible with scheduling, explained the issue and provided a warranty for their repairs. I plan to reach out again should any other household equipment require repair.

Very quick and responsive. I had an issue with my dryer and Ramin came out the next day to diagnose it then returned a day later to fix it. When a new problem came up a few days after he returned and repaired it again the next day. Recommend!

Just bought a new home and when I tested the dryer, saw the door was broken. Doctor Appliance came quickly and fixed it. They even came back really quickly after I noticed it wasn’t working quite well and took a look. Very happy with their service and punctuality too!
