To keep it brief these pros were present only at the initial stages of the excavation. Apparently they hired guys to do the labor (not sure of whether they are licensed). After the excavation, the pros I hired left and never returned to supervise any aspect of the watering-proofing. They claimed they had others customers to attend to and that they supervised indirectly with pictures. They asked for Cash upfront with no receipt which I thought was kind of strange but apparently this was agreed to when I signed the estimate. There is a lot more details I could provide but the experience was very bad and I think this company has very shady tactics and regret hiring them.

Michael as explained to you on the phone you hired another contractor for this project and you have confused me with them as I was on vacation when this project took place, you still refuse to remove or rectify the review for some reason, you have already explained to me you have an invoice from a complete different company, I hope you get your issue resolved with whatever contractor you hired and then you can remove this review. thanks.

so happy with the work carried out by the OceanView team. I had the outside of my home fully sealed and waterproofed after i found my basement flooded after a rainstorm. Im so glad i contacted OceanView as they were able to come out straight away and put a plan in place which was carried out with such proffesionalism and i no longer have any water issues in my basement. would highly reccomend these guys to anyone.

Great work from the OceanView team waterproofing my basement so I can finally finish it off, it was like they were never there they cleaned everything up after them and moved everything back to its original spot something I never see from other contractors and they made sure the work was done to such a high standard.
