- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to charge by the job as opposed to by the hour. In my experience, sometimes the "simplest jobs" can have unexpected complications and may take longer than anticipated. By charging by the job, I feel I'm able to keep my prices fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My assistant and myself like to take the time to get to know our customers and really listen to their questions and/or conerns. We're happy to take our time to find the most efficient way to address their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in home improvement.
