The only appliances we do not service or repair are gas appliances per state law of Massachusetts. We are formerly known as Butler’s ASAP Home Improvements but we have decided to focus on appliance repairs as that is our passion. Our regular handyman became too busy so we got in touch with Junior and we are stsying with him until end of times. He specializes at fixing appliances , boilers , air conditioning (fixed ours) etc, but also is real good at doing handyman projects around the house. His prices are very reasonable and lower compared to others and always responds when needed. He has helped around and given advices for free, and i can fully trust him in my house around my family and kids.

Junior showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed my washing machine issue and ordered the part which was delivered the same day. Junior then came back later the same day to make sure that my machine was repaired in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and left with my machine up and running perfectly! His price was also very reasonable for industry standards. I will definitely hire Junior again for any future appliance repairs!

On a Monday morning, as I was getting ready for work, I realized my refrigerator was not working properly. I looked up possible repair options on thumbtack and came across Butler ASAP, owned and operated by Junior Butler. Junior responded to me right away and was at my house within an hour and a half fixing my refrigerator. He was very professional, honest and explained all of the issues he found before repairing them. He did an excellent job, was easy to talk with and by all accounts very trustworthy. I highly recommend him and will certainly call on him again for other home repair issues. He was also very affordable! In a short time all was well with my refrigerator and I was at work by 11:30 am. Thank you Junior!

I reached out to Junior to repair a GE range that had one burner that was no longer working. He arrived at my house on time and came prepared with a variety of parts that he thought he may need based on my range's model # and my description of the problem. He had done his homework. Unlike many repair people who identify the problem, go back to their shop, order the part and then return a week later Junior put in the correct new part and burner was fixed within 30 minutes. Also, his service and repair fees were extremely low but the quality of his work extremely HIGH! His business card is now permanently stuck on my refrigerator.
