Cyprian came over and gave an estimate of the cost beforehand, wrote up an agreement, scheduled the day to do the work and then completed the work as hoped. He was flexible and adjusted the job items as we requested. He hung doors, cleaned window and door tracks, hung a coat rack, fixed kitchen floor tiles, moved some furniture and fixed a bicycle!
