- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is a important factor but quality should always come on the top and by quality I mean: customer service, responsiveness, communication, dedication. I guess we have heard the expression. “you get what you paid for” in addition to that if you really want to know a company wait until something goes wrong.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a little meeting and understand what my customers have in mind and from that start looking for the color that will make them feel comfortable with the decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for a while! I’m a driven and detail oriented individual.
