- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. We don’t tack on hidden fees, so customers know exactly what they’re paying for upfront. We sometimes offer discounts for bundled services, like full wiring for a new home, or seasonal specials for routine maintenance. Our goal is fair pricing for high-quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a consultation—whether in person or by phone—to understand the customer’s needs, timeline, and budget. Next, we conduct an assessment to gauge the work required, followed by a clear, detailed estimate. Throughout the project, we keep communication open to ensure the customer is informed and satisfied with each phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured electrician, having graduated from a technical high-school with an electrician specialization over 5 years ago.
