Jeff reached out promptly about my inquiry regarding my new in-ceiling speakers. He was not only professional, but polite and well educated in this field. He was able to address the work regarding setting all of them up to Sonos within one week. They encountered an issue from the builder and was able to trouble shoot onsite and get everything up and running. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team and I will use them again.
