He did a great job! We appreciate that he did what needed to be done (as we requested) and did not try to sell us any additional work or overstate what needed to be completed (it was a small driveway/garage floor repair). He was pleasant and professional. He took pride in his workmanship and made a point of confirming that we were happy with the repair. We definitely look to hire him again as we move forward with future home renovations.

I hired Rolandi for a foundation issue at my home where one of the piers in the basement was sinking and needed to be repaired immediately. He responded quickly, set up time, was puntual, and even insisted on shoveling some snow for my mother and I before starting the job (it had snowed heavily that morning and we hadn’t shoveled yet). He worked non stop all day until the work was done perfectly. The job needed more work than initially anticipated, taking him all day to complete, but he stuck to the agreed estimate. Rolandi is extremely kind and professional. He takes pride in his work and you should definitely hire him for your home needs!
