Great experience with four brothers. They were great with communication, prompt and the work quality came out perfect 👌👌. We will definitely work together again in the future! *We had a nest doorbell camera installed as well as an updated door lock.

An excellent experience. Dan took his time to understand what I wanted and gave me exactly that. He brought all his own tools. He was courteous, laid back and got all the work done in a timely manner. He put up paintings, fixed my cabinets and put together some chairs all in time for christmas! I am very satisfied and would work with him again.

Chris became an unruly customer for whatever reason. I'm not quite sure why, because I had offered to do the work he was requesting at at least 30% less than the going rate for any of it. After he abruptly decided not to hire us after already being scheduled to start for about a week I then requested the $100 on site estimate fee, as we only waive that if we're hired. After making this request is when Chris got really nasty and aggressive & is also when he made this review. I've spoken to thumbtack and hopefully they'll be taking it down soon, but if anybody's got any questions concerning this frivolous review I'd be glad to provide screen shots of the full conversation leading up to it ! Unfortunately in this line of work we don't always encounter the best of customers. Myself & my team stay professional regardless of the situation, so the only thing I can really do is reply to this review to explain what actually happened & hope that thumbtack does what is right and removes the review that borders the line of libel not only for me, but for any pro in a similar situation as good reviews are the lifeblood of all of our companies. Thank you for your understanding & taking the time to read this explanation to such a ridiculous attempt at tainting our quite reputable company and our reputation !
