We offer transparent and competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates are based on factors like the size of the move, the distance, and any additional services like packing or storage. We also provide seasonal discounts and special rates for seniors, veterans, and customers affected by MS disease. We always provide a detailed estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we'll start with a consultation to understand your moving needs, budget, and timeline. We'll provide a free estimate and, if agreed, schedule your move at your convenience. On moving day, our professional team will handle everything from packing to transportation, ensuring your belongings are safely delivered. We maintain open communication throughout to make the process as stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is thoroughly trained in all aspects of moving, including proper packing techniques, loading, and transporting goods with care. We also undergo regular safety training to ensure the security of your belongings. As the owner, I have hands-on experience with all types of moves, along with specialized training in logistics and customer service.
