- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
only that I'm a legitimate buisness with liability and workmans comp. insurance I have two helpers that work with me on bigger projects. and I want to be competitive in my pricing as much as possible with my overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to set up a phone call to discuss in more detail. Give a rough idea. then set up a time to come look at the job and discuss options, materials, and pricing. we then go over a budget then I work on giving then the best finished product I can using the best materials and time I can with in that buget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school were I was educated in electrical work residential and commercial. I worked in the trade for a few years. on weekends I would work with my uncle a general contractor remodeling homes, were I got my carpentry foundation. I soon after found I had a talent and began to enjoy construction. I have worked on big commercial jobs and small residential jobs. the variety keeps me interested in my work and I'm never board , because I'm always doing something different.
