I was locked out of my home due to a faulty door and not having keys for my locks. Oscar promptly answered my request and arrived at the property when he said he would. Not only did he get me back inside, but he replaced all my home locks and seemingly improved all door operability. This was done quickly and at a competitive price. I can’t thank/ recommend him enough!

Where do I start ? Oscar is such an excellent professional! He came to fix an old lock on our house. He showed up immediately and was so transparent and upfront about the cost. He immediately fixed the issue and did what he could to make us happy, including fixing two other locks so that the keys would match. You just don’t find professionals like him nowadays. The world is blessed to have people like him and it would be perfect if everyone had the same kindness, honestly, and overall professionalism!

Our experience with Oscar’s Lock and Key was superb. We had two outer door locks that were outdated and failing. Oscar’s responded quickly and professionally to our call and came to us promptly. He was able to ascertain the issue, suggested total replacement, and had everything needed in an amazingly organized van. He worked efficiently, was detailed, and cleaned up meticulously. Our front door lock has always been finicky, and broke 2 days before we had to leave for our wedding. Oscar was able to come out only a few hours after I contacted him. He replaced our lock to one that works seamlessly and made sure we knew how the keypad works. He is quick to respond and happy to answer my follow up questions. He saved us a lot of stress before our big day, and now we have the peace of mind that our home is secure and we don't have to wrestle with the door to make sure it locks correctly. Would definitely call Oscar again in the future.
