My practice is very diverse to support a variety of issues that people face; from depression to substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges. We will decide together the best approach utilizing CBT, Energy Therapy, Spiritual Counsel, Hypnosis, Motivation Interviewing, or a combination. We work in collaboration. There is no magic bullet to fixing someone, it is the work you put into your process that produces results. Consider the retreat option for a deeper and accelerated path to well-being. Our time together includes a dialogue that helps to tune into the real challenge, techniques that you can use to support you when we are not together, and the session you have chosen.
