Jean was an absolute lifesaver for us. We were thousands of miles away and our water heater stopped working, so our tenants had no hot water. I messaged Jean on Saturday evening and he was able to come Sunday morning and installed a new water heater and hauled away our old one for a very fair price. He also looked around and found issues with my steam boiler.
Another time I was helping my neighbor with a failed valve on his water heater and Jean gave us very helpful advice and we were able to fix the problem by ourselves. Every time I contact him, he responds promptly within minutes. This guy is the professional that all professionals should aspire to be.

Jean did a great job with replacing our water heater. There were several hiccups due to vent sizing but he was able to adjust accordingly. You can’t beat the price for the craftsmanship you get from him. Would highly recommend!

Jean was amazing. Responsive, went out of the way to help me get the heater into the basement. When we found I had the wrong boiler he helped me order the right one and came back in the following day to fix it. We have hot water again!
