Thank you for your review. We apologize that you feel the bill was high. Our flat rate for a service call for 1 hour and under is very reasonable, if you shop around. The bill also included supply cost and tax. However, we always offer a 10% discount to seniors which is advertised on our website. This offer is supposed to be presented at time of service. If you would like, we will gladly send you a check in the amount of $10.00. Reviews are very important to a business and in maintaining long-term relationships with our customers and attracting new customers. We always strive to exceed. Please let me know.

We’ve provided instrutions below. Garage door sizes are always shown and listed as the width first and then the height. In addition, Saugus Overhead Door provides free in house estimates and will measure the opening for you while we are at your home or project site to determine the proper size. Does Saugus Overhead Door offer warranties? Yes. In addition to the full manufacturers warranty, Saugus Overhead Door includes a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are available. Do you offer Preventative Maintenance Service? Yes, Saugus Overhead Door can provide you with scheduled maintenance service to ensure that your overhead door is operating properly. Do you offer any discounts? Saugus Overhead Door offers a Senior Citizen Discount. Be sure to check our coupon page for current internet specials. We do not offer cash discounts.
