We highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a contractor who does excellent work at a reasonable price. He did two bathroom remodels for us last year and a few years back was on the team that remodelled our kitchen. Old houses present special challenges (our house was built in 1802) and Dan was completely up to the task. He's an excellent craftsman, shows up when he says he's going to, is professional, and an all-around nice guy.

We knew Dan from previous projects and were more than happy to bring him back for this one: replacing two 1960s bathrooms in our 200-year-old house and expanding one of them to make room for a soaking tub and luxurious spa area. This required stripping layers of previous construction, shoring up the ancient floor joists, and making everything crisp, level and stylish without losing the historic character of the house. A great achievement! We look forward to working with him again on the next stage of our redo!

Dan is knowledgeable and has always provided high quality work on my home. He takes the time to explain options and recommendations based on the project needing attention. He then delivers one percent on the agreed work.
No unexpected add ons..and his quotes are very fair and reasonable. Dan is honest and honorable! As an added bonus if Dan says he will be at my house on a given day and time of day, he shows up! Bonney Building is an excellent choice!
