We offer transparent, volume-based pricing — you only pay for the space your items take up in the truck. No hidden fees, no surprises. Estimates are always free, and we’re upfront before we begin any work. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or larger cleanouts — just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message. We ask a few questions about what needs to be removed, then schedule a time that works for you. When we arrive, we’ll confirm pricing on-site, and if you approve, we get to work right away — usually same-day or next-day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is trained in safe lifting, efficient loading, and proper disposal techniques. We stay up to date with local disposal regulations and donation center guidelines. We’re also well-versed in how to dismantle and remove bulky items like sheds, hot tubs, and decks without damaging your property.
