I can’t speak highly enough of BOLD Security — they worked our NYE event and they were professional, punctual, and friendly. We had nearly 200 guests but with them working the door, I had peace of mind during the entire event. I highly recommend their services and will certainly be using them again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customers and understand what they are expecting to be done. A proposal is sent to the customer and if customer is happy with quote, we are in business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers. We have completed an unarmed guard training with focus of de-escalation, patrol and observation, incident response, Surveillance operation and documentation.
