Blaisdell Plumbing and Heating likes to provide the customer with peace of mind by offering free estimates and up front pricing before we begin work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We streamline the process to make it quick and easy for you to schedule an appointment with us. Whether you email us or call us , we first will take a few moments to gather all of your information so we can establish a new customer profile with you , We will then ask you to provide us with a few details on your scheduling request so we can make an then appointment for you typically the same day or next day service with one of our skilled plumbers in a two hour arrival time window.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers that are employed with us are licensed through the state of Massachusetts with their Master, Journeyman or Apprentice license. We will also continue education for the annual license renewal process. We offer manufacture specific training of all of our plumbers to keep them informed and up to date with the latest models and materials and procedures.
