- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to keep pricing simple and transparent. Notary fees are separate from travel fees, which are calculated based on distance. I’ll always confirm the total cost with you before your appointment so there are no surprises. Returning clients receive a $5 discount as a thank-you for trusting me again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a quick call to confirm your needs and set up a convenient time and location. On the day of the appointment, I arrive prepared with my notary supplies, review the documents with you, verify your identification, and guide you through each step of the signing. For identification, please have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready. Accepted forms include: Driver’s license, State ID card, U.S. passport, Military ID Before leaving, I ensure all documents are completed properly and provide a receipt for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed training through the National Notary Association, which equipped me with the knowledge and best practices needed for accurate and professional notarization.
