FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge for quotes, but please don’t call me to give you a material list and tell you how to do whatever it is for free 🙄. I charge per hour or fixed price, feel free to ask me. Sometimes I give an initial estimate letting them know that can be more and why or I just refuse to do, letting them know why as well. For example: If you contact me showing a zoomed in photo of a hole (rotten drywall) of your ceiling requesting a small patch. I’ll ask you a zoomed out photo to see the whole ceiling which probably is about to fall, and will refuse to do. Other than this, feel free to ask me anything. No question is insignificant, explain everything well, making everything clear to you matter to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questioning for details about the project, making them aware of the timing, availability and sometimes the lack of stock for materials. Traffic ain’t a good friend and in FL driving a lot is a lifestyle. Also, since COVID… oh lord how difficult it’s been to find everything we need /0\
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical formation, safety, security, quality courses and trainings.. Many trainings along the way..
