- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is job to job dependant. I provide a free in person estimate. I do not provide an accurate estimate over the phone or online because I really need to see the job to know what we are dealing with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers. I want to know everything you want to do and anything you may be hesitant on doing. I am here to provide you excellence service and I strive for nothing short of you being 1000% satisfied with my job at completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day I am attentive to my job and I am learning. I may not know everything yet, but I'm on my way.
