Ben and Josh are very knowledgeable. I hired them to perform maintenance on my units in addition to install wifi enabled thermostats. They identified a problem with my wiring and resolved it in short order. They explained the issue to me in laymen's terms so I could understand what was going on and what I was paying for. The installation was seamless. I would 100% recommend Harborside and will continue doing business with them on an annual basis for service maintenance.

Thank you so so much to Dave and Ben. On Sunday night, I was able to make an appointment for Monday morning thanks to Dave. Ben arrived on time and fixed the problem with our heater and even serviced it. It was a delightful experience. Strongly recommend this company!

Benjamin was on time, super responsive, and very professional (despite my rescue puppy barking nonstop). He did a great job figuring out the issue, explaining it to me, offering solutions, and fixing it quickly. I’ll definitely be using Harborside for all of my HVAC needs going forward - I already scheduled my annual service with them next week!
