Brian is very nice, communicative, and did the work well. Took out garbage disposer and fixed pipe. Changed a sink drain closure to one that drains better. He changed out thee thermostats to simple heat demand no battery to run down models. Told him he is my plumber now.

Mark did a great work of reconnecting my outdoor heat pump unit (we disconnected it to do work on the porch) and he did a free estimate prior to work as others wanted to charge $100 just to come out and look at it. The next day we lost heat and although it wasn't connected to the work Mark had done (we just lost power and needed to reconnect) he promptly came the day we called him and checked if everything ok. We consider switching to him as our main HVAC provider - he is very professional and very responsive. Highly recommend. I have warranty of the work and sleep peacefully now.
