What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are doing a 10% discount for all the patios. Also any patio over 250 sqf we offer a free fireplace.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and take a look at your project, measure it and provide a free estimate. I would advise my clients what is best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in service since 2000. This is a family based company.
