I am UPDATING from 4 to 5 stars. We used ILI Transport a second time for drop off & pick up at logan airport. Very satisfied! We had 5 adults & 5 full size luggage, we had plenty of room with a large Suburbon. Both drivers were on time, professional, & Ricardo even checked in via text upon on arrival at Logan airport, giving us directions to where he was parked. We had no issues. Very responsive with messages, good price & most important the driver was on time and pleasant. Only complaint the first was the car was a bit small, three of us in the back of a sedan. I will use the service again and I highly recommend !
