- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies from job to job it is based on job difficulty, material cost and labor required. Some jobs are flat rate, some are flat rate plus additional difficulty labor surcharges or additional materials surcharge and some jobs are billed as labor and materials. I do offer discounts on certain jobs after we discuss your project details I can provide better pricing specifics and what discounts may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer and get a explanation in their own words of exactly what they need done for their specific project. I then get any additional information needed including specific address timeframe and availability and any additional contact information for the client. Depending on the project I either quote and schedule immediately or I schedule a time to come out to the property and gather any project specific’s that are needed to accurately estimate price of the job. If possible depending on customer availability and project requirements (materials, timeline, length of time required), I can complete project same day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers. Mostly residential homeowners or tenants/ family members. I also deal directly with landlords or property managers.
