DC Music is a music entertainment company based out of Reading, Massachusetts, just 22 minutes away from downtown Boston. We work with many vendors, as well as language MC’s. Feel free to ask. DC Music values professionalism, organization, and friendliness, the team takes pride in making special occasions even more unforgettable. I booked DJ Dennis for my husband's 60th birthday party because of the reviews, the light sticks that was shown in the pictures and the karaoke iPad that was told to be handed out for people to pick their songs. Lights and iPads didn't make an appearence. The set-up wasn't as professional as I would have preferred, and I was looking forward to my guest using the iPad as opposed to coming up to the DJ booth to select a song. The person he sent over to be the DJ for the night was Joe. He was on time and nice enough, but wasn't aware of me or who he was playing for until he walked in the door. A heads up from Dennis would have been nice, since he was the person I was expecting to see. Joe kept the particpanting guest in order on a legal pad so everyone had an opportunity to sing. In between karaoke, the song selection and volume was great and danceable. There were a few missteps, but all in all, only I knew of them and guests were happy with the event.

I have all different equipment for different events. I only use top product and will make you event what you need it to be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone conversation for general information. After that we can sometimes meet if necessary to fine tune any details and be certain of all variables involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in IT and customer service.
