There aren’t enough stars for our amazing experience with Jacqueson! From our first correspondence, he was always so thorough with information and details. He communicated everything we needed to know and was always here exactly when he said he would be. He and his team worked long hours and, when they encountered some rotting posts they didn’t anticipate, they clearly explained the issue and exactly what they would need to do to resolve it. Later that evening, Jacqueson followed up by putting all of the information in writing. The communication was next level, especially compared to many other contractors we worked with. Finally, the work they did was incredible and looks better than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Jacqueson and will absolutely use him again on any future projects.
