It is my pleasure to write words of recommendation for Andrew Francis as a handyman. I have used him on numerous jobs over the past few years in my townhouse condominium in Easton. These tasks ranged from fixing a pull-down ladder and painting wicker furniture to removing and installing a sliding mirror closet door. He even installed a push-button door lock and also one of those "ring" cameras to monitor outside activity. Andrew is always prompt, reasonably priced, and he does a full and careful job within the time frame agreed upon. I feel confident in recommending him for any job you may need done that involves maintaining things, fixing things, installing things, or constructing things in your home. AKF MAINTENANCE SERVICES was very professional and met my requirements for what was needed to rent my apartment. I have attached pictures as to the improvements they did to the property. They did painting, replacement of patio door, window treatments, kitchen install of appliances and flooring.
