- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Design and Decoration service : $130 hourly rate The hourly fee is based on interior design service listed below: • Interior design consultation • Design plans time • One way travel • Product procurement • Site visits • Product installation or home staging Interior Architectural Design Service: base price starting at $3,000 Interior Architectural Plans includes • Stamped • Design plan time • First and second site visit • Design stages: preliminary drawings and final plans that includes, lighting’s schedule, door’s schedule, elevation plans and furniture plan
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial virtual consultation lasting about an hour, the next step is to prepare the Client Agreement form. Below is the development phases more or less. 1. First site visit covers measuring and information gathering. 2. Second site visit covers design presentation and planning, either in person or virtual. 3. Identify goals and objectives with client. 4. Establish requirements and design criteria. 5. Establish relationships among the components of the project. 6. Generate Interior Architect Plans for CG’s bids and constructions. 7. Generate furniture floor plans for client sign-off. 8. Generate elevations plans for client sign-off. 9. Locating materials and products within the interior design scope with vendors and suppliers and will provide a list of sku’s, model numbers, material information, size/dimensions and links for owner to order (all orders are paid by client). Storage space provided by client on site. 10. Product procurements when needed with art and accessories. Any product purchased on behalf of BID for a clients’ project will be consider an expense. This will be bill out separately from the hourly rate invoice. A copy of the receipts will be attached to the expense invoice as proof of purchases. 11. Communicate with Lead builder/ Project manager about products and design within the interior design scope 12. Home staging, furniture placements, art and accessories installation, anything 50lbs are less 13. Photography service, before and after. Digital download.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bo is a highly versatile interior designer with a diverse portfolio encompassing a multitude of design works. With a fashion degree from Bay State College and a minor in fine art from the Massachusetts College of Fine Art, Bo possesses a well-rounded educational background. Furthermore, Bo pursued further studies at Mass Bay College, where she obtained her Interior Design certificate, solidifying her expertise in the field. Bo’s passion for creativity and her genuine desire to assist others prompted her career choice as an interior designer.
