We are extremely happy with the service, guidance and workmanship that Liam and his crew provided to us. We had a very narrow window to get our floor polished and Liam managed to make space in his schedule for our project, at short notice. They moved our furniture from first floor to basement, did a fine job with water based poly on our entire flooring area and moved the furniture back - all at reasonable cost and on time. Liam is very responsive and professional. It was a pleasure working with LN Flooring Solutions and I highly recommend them!

Liem transformed the floors in my condo. Our floors were looking quite worn, and I thought my kitchen floor was unredeemable, but Liem made suggestions for floor color that would cover stains, patched holes and generally made the space look great. I would definitely hire him again.

Liem and crew did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Liem was very knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive. The project was executed on time and with minimal disruption. We really like the colour and the semi gloss finish. Will definitely work with LN Flooring again in the future.

Liam is a very experienced, reliable and hard working person. It was pleasure working with him. His advice was always on spot and everything he suggested actually worked out beautifully in this project. I hired him for sanding and refinishing hardwood floors in my apartment. Just five days later I had gorgeously looking floors throughout, with silky smooth surface and vibrant warm colors of red oak. Liam first showed me samples of three different Bono sealers and we went with the Bono Intense (others look great too, your choice). Sanding was done perfectly well, including detailing around the kitchen island and cabinets. It was followed by three coats of Bono Traffic HD / Commercial Satin finish. Extra buffing and third coat of the finish were necessary to smooth out rather pronounced wood grain and I do not regret paying for it. This resulted in super smooth, perfectly sealed surface still showing off glorious natural wood grain pattern. Love my refinished floors, thank you Liam and the rest of LN Flooring guys, great work!

We had our honey oak colored hardwood floor throughout the main floor stained to a darker color. The end result was beautiful and completely transformed the outdated floor into a luxurious surface. The stain really brought out the grain in the wood floor in a way that exceeded my expectation. If you have hardwood floor but you don’t like the color, I highly recommend this company for staining.
