The installer refused to clean up the mess. Left open boxes, plastics bags, nuts, bolts, washers all over my garage floor. When I asked him to clean up he said that wasn’t his job. I was frustrated and in a rush so my wife and I cleaned up. The owner finally came around and offered to take away the old garage door openers and track. They wanted an extra $75 initially but came around after I complained. Then after a few days I realized that the 2 keypads were never installed. Not sure if I accidentally dumped them while I was cleaning up. It’s not a deal breaker but it sucks.
