Roberto was very responsive to questions about different stone types and requests for viewing the slabs in an easy to access warehouse. I really appreciated his professionalism during measuring, designing, and execution. He was quick on his feet to solve a last minute problem (on our end) very effectively and I'm grateful for it! His team during install was excellent and professional as well. I would highly recommend these guys for your next project! (In the photo, ignore the walls as we haven't chosen the tile yet! The countertops are top notch!!)

We obtained several quotes from other installers before deciding to go ahead with Genesis Stone. We selected our quartz and despite being out of stock from one warehouse, Roberto was able to procure it from another warehouse. He was accommodating of our schedule and was very transparent and responsive throughout the process. He was able to connect with us with his right connections for plumbing and carpentry work that was needed in our case. Overall, we are happy with the install. We replaced wood based countertops with quartz. Went with a white quartz with few veins so now the kitchen looks very tidy and appears to have more light because of the white colour scheme. We also went with full backsplash and Roberto was able to guide us along the way. Work was done meticulously and thoughtfully. His team worked late on the nights to accommodate our schedule and we really appreciate that.
