FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing list that I will provide to prospective clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a big fan of phone or video calls, but will start off with an email first. Phone and video calls give me the opportunity to really understand what the client is looking for. After our intro call, I start doing my research on what I think the vision is for the client and present them with ideas and realistic expectations. Once we decide on the vision, I draft a contract and the fun part begins for me where I start planning and drafting the projects! Depending on the project, it could take a couple of hours or it can take a few days to finish. As I’m working on the projects, I’ll send updates and when they’re finished, they’ll be ready for pick up or delivery!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is in customer service, including Human Resources. I consider myself a people person and I connect with people well. In 2017, I join a calligraphy workshop and throughout the years, I’ve taken online classes to better my skills and also understand what clients are looking for and how to develop and grow my business.
