- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Innov Builders, every estimate is based on the real scope of your project: materials, design and size. Estimates are free and detailed, with labor and materials clearly separated, and we can show 2 or 3 options at different price points. We focus on complete remodels, so we are usually not the best fit for small repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a simple and straightforward process to ensure your project runs smoothly: Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. This can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference. Project Assessment & Quote: After the consultation, we assess the scope of the work, take measurements, and provide a detailed, transparent quote, outlining costs for materials and labor. Design & Planning: Once the quote is approved, we collaborate with you on finalizing the design details, timelines, and materials selection. This phase ensures we’re aligned on the project goals. Construction & Updates: During the build, our team keeps you updated on progress, maintaining open communication and addressing any questions you may have. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and adherence to deadlines. Final Walkthrough & Completion: After the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any minor adjustments or touch-ups are handled promptly. Follow-up & Support: We offer follow-up support to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the result. Your happiness with our work is our top priority! Before any work starts, we walk you through every finish (tile, fixtures, cabinets, flooring) so you choose with our guidance and there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 14 years of residential construction experience. Innov Builders holds a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (HIC 212869) and our supervisor holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL CS-108151). Our crew is OSHA 30 trained, and every project is managed by our own team, never subcontracted out as a whole.
