FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Innovation Construction, we provide fair and transparent pricing based on the scope and complexity of each project. Our rates are competitive, and we strive to offer the best value without compromising on quality. We offer free initial consultations to understand your needs and provide an accurate estimate. Depending on the project, pricing can vary due to factors such as materials, design complexity, and project size. We believe in clear communication throughout the process, ensuring there are no surprises along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a simple and straightforward process to ensure your project runs smoothly: Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. This can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference. Project Assessment & Quote: After the consultation, we assess the scope of the work, take measurements, and provide a detailed, transparent quote, outlining costs for materials and labor. Design & Planning: Once the quote is approved, we collaborate with you on finalizing the design details, timelines, and materials selection. This phase ensures we’re aligned on the project goals. Construction & Updates: During the build, our team keeps you updated on progress, maintaining open communication and addressing any questions you may have. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and adherence to deadlines. Final Walkthrough & Completion: After the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any minor adjustments or touch-ups are handled promptly. Follow-up & Support: We offer follow-up support to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the result. Your happiness with our work is our top priority!
