FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a remote personal trainer, my goal is to help anyone and everyone, regardless of location. Customers can expect to pay $35/session online, and weekly meetings via Zoom/Google Meet free of charge!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer entails an introduction meeting, where we will discuss your goals, your background, and any limitations you may have. From there, your first week will be programmed, and then you will progress from that point on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer through an organization called Fitour, and plan to certify through NASM at the end of the year, as they are a bigger organization. Additionally, I am a Junior in college studying Athletic Training, and pursuing Strength and Conditioning as a post graduate student. Through my studies I have gotten the chance to work with many collegiate athletic teams, athletic trainers, and strength coaches. Outside of school, I work as a rehab aid at a Physical Therapy clinic.
