I am a builder and was up against a deadline to finish a variety of punchlist items to ensure the sale would close on time. Stu had a proposal for me right away and met me on site the next morning to go over the list which included finish carpentry, tile work, electrical and installation of accessories. Stu sacrificed his entire Thanksgiving day and weekend to ensure my deadline would be met. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly. Stu is not only a qualified professional tradesman but also a true and honest gentleman.

Stu had some great suggestions on my kitchen lighting and other electrical work and he did a fantastic job lntalling them. I actually hire him to install red oak stairs and railing and that too came out awesome. I must say, Stu is a perfectionists and doesn't complete until it right. I would highly recommend him.

Stu just completed a number of small jobs for me: installing a ceiling fan, replacing hard wired fire alarms, replaced some baseboard moldings as well as a couple of baseboard heater covers, and a larger job of installing replacement kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers faces and hardware. He took pride in his workmanship and keeping both his quoted cost and commitment. I highly recommend First Choice Property Services and won't hesitate to call upon them again.
