- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive low rates, and will negotiate with clients on pricing for extended stays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet with the client and pet(s) beforehand so we can all be comfortable 😊 I also ask that any feeding, daily routines, medications, or special instructions be written down for me before my stay so that I am able to care for the pets in the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at a veterinary clinic for the past 4 years and at a boarding kennel before that. I recently enrolled in online weekly training sessions so that I can learn more about animal behavior and tools for training. I am also a teacher, so Im good with kids, and our pets are very much like children! I have also begun offering bath options for clients with pets up to 40lbs.
