- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll work closely with my clients to build a menu and provide services that fit your budget. Quotes will be fully inclusive (labor, food cost, etc.) and based on the maximum number of guests you have estimated. Per person prices are determined by the type of service requested and the quality of the ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Catering your event starts with an introduction email from me, followed by a scheduled phone or video call to discuss your ideal menu, dietary restrictions, desired style of service, and any other specifications you may have. Once the date, time, and deposit is confirmed, I’ll send you a summary with the details.
