- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and never any late surprises. No matter how small or big a job is we will always provide you with an official quote so we are all on the same page. Of there is any additional work required we will discuss the scope and cost prior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Expectations when contacting HICO is a no pressure conversation or messaging session. We are a family based business that take pride in offering solutions and quality work at a competitive rate. Our typical process for working with a new customer is first respect and appreciation for their time. We have been told on many occassions by customers they are impressed with the communication we provide. Our motto "We are always a text away to a concern and solution". To start would be initial contact inviting the customer to ask questions and offer a visit to discuss the project and provide a free quote. If we move on then we discuss the process of the project and provide time expectations of the duration start to finish. At the conclusion of the project we are involved just as much as during for any questions or concerns. If it is a project that requires servicing for an example a new irrigation system we will discuss that along with pricing for that service. We strive for a long term business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of our training is in the field and annual semimar trainings held by our suppliers.
