Great job and reasonable price. Even though this ended up being a bigger job than I originally thought, there were no surprises. They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way and what the cost would be. Highly recommend them and will use them for future jobs.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, and the before and after pictures show it all! The frame was rotted, the old door not hung right, and I thought the project would take days and a lot of money to make it right! Luis was positive it could be done well right from the beginning though, and gave a good quote (I had gotten previous ones from the two major home supply stores). He explained exactly what would be included to get the job done right, and reassured me it would be done in a day, probably 3-4 hours. He and his coworkers were punctual, friendly and informative, and let me know each step of the way how things were going, as well as answering questions or concerns I had. They cleaned everything up after finishing, and I am very pleased with the end result...it looks great! I definitely would hire Luis and his staff again. I think more than anything, it was just very nice to see the work ethic they all had, and the pride they took in their finished job. Thanks again, guys!

Luiz and Victor were lovely to work with. It’s such an odd time with the pandemic. Both wore masks and were very conscious of distance as were absolutely safe. We hired them to dismantle a built in bookshelf in our 1890s home. They did it beautifully without any damage to the wall or ceiling. After dismantling, they created a new built-in from the old, yay for reusing materials, in another room. The “new” built in looks like it’s always been there. The attention to detail was brilliant! Victor reshaped the window moulding as the original builder had notched it out when the built in was created. Again, both Luiz and Victor were awesome! AND we’ve already hired them for another project!

These guys were great! I had hired a couple of people last month to work on my breezeway and they totally screwed it up. So I hired LKS to undo the work that was done and redo it properly and to my satisfaction. They did everything I asked of them. They were there on time, they brought the right tools that they needed and even ran to Home Depot for some additional items. Sergio was pleasant to work with. He asked a lot of questions to clarify what I wanted. He was very patient with me. I bought a door on sale and it wasn't the right size but they resized it and we're able to hang it. It looks beautiful! They cleaned up so much afterwards that you'd never know they were there. Definitely will hire again for my next projects.

Our attention to detail is noticeable from the first moment we visit your home for an estimate. Not only do we walk the property with our clients, but we also take pictures and detailed notes to provide the most thorough understanding of the homeowner’s needs. All our prices are very detailed in line items, giving the customer a full view of project.

Following our initial meeting, we also provide customers with a presentation of our project, schedule multiple appointments to discuss finer details, and offer the most professional and personable experience possible.
