- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take an up front diagnostic deposit for all work, but that diagnostic is fully applied toward any repair costs incurred. We believe you should not be paying for separate diagnostic plus repair costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We check all machines in for full hardware and software diagnostics to confirm what is causing the current issues and check for possible unknown issues. Once diagnosed we provide the client with a comprehensive estimate for repairs and get their approval before continuing. We believe in educating the customer and keeping them updated so their are no surprise charges.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been taking apart electronics since I was a kid. As a teenager I got an internship at a local repair shop and honed my skills at putting them back together. After that worked at a few different repair shops and eventually opened my own repair business 9 years ago.
