- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions about their pet. Then I do a through check in evaluating skin, coat and general condition of the pet. I want the customer to know that I'm looking at their whole pet not just their haircut.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend many continuing education workshops and seminars to stay current on the pet care field.
