We Hired Michael to replace and install all new windows in our 1959 house. All the windows were the original windows. Michael also gladly worked with us to make sure the windows and work met the standards for Mass Save (for the Heat Loan). Michael was AMAZING to work with. He was easy to communicate with, and his work exceeded our expectations. Windows and interior and exterior finishing look wonderful! He was punctual and finished earlier than expected. Would use his company again any day and would gladly recommend him to any family and friends!

We do a variety of window projects, roughly 50 hours a week. Most of my estimates or quotes are done in the evenings. I strive to work well with all my customers, and almost all of them are completely satisfied. We never met this person, nor were we hired to do any work for them.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We have been growing quickly even in this down economy. We install about 1800 residential windows per year. We have been getting into commercial window installs as well. Last year we installed over 1700 windows.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not choose the high pressure sales guy. Even if he "offers" to buy your existing windows. There is no value in an old window. Free gifts? The price is too high. I can sell you the same quality window for 1/3rd the price of that company!!
