Eric came to my house to install the microwave. He did hang the microwave and helped me with a couple of other things. When he left I was happy but then realized that the microwave was exhausting in the wrong place so I called GE. They confirmed that it was wrong. I looked at the instructions and saw that he must not have rotated the blower. he confirmed that he did not read the instructions. That alone is the reason for a lower review but what really has upset me is that he refuses to come and fix it without me paying him again. I’m very sad that I paid him in the first place. He charge me $225. And it only took one hour to complete everything.
